Brand Maker operates on a principle of **Intentional Data Use**. We collect only the information necessary to power and continuously refine our proprietary AI models. Our core mission is to empower your brand, not to monetize your personal data. We detail below the unique data collected by an AI generation application.
II. Information We Collect and How We Use It
A. Creator Input Data (The Prompts)
To generate logos, models, and product images, you provide text prompts and initial image uploads.
- Text Prompts: We collect the creative prompts you enter (e.g., "A minimalist logo of a wolf in blue and gold"). This data is critical for **AI Model Refinement**—it helps us understand user intent and improve the quality and accuracy of future generations.
- Source Images: Images you upload for Product Photography or Model Studio sessions (e.g., your product photo). These images are processed for generation and are **not used to train the general AI model**; they are retained temporarily for your project history and discarded upon explicit deletion of the project.
If you do not want your text prompts to be used for model improvement, please contact us at the support email provided below to opt-out. Note that opting out may impact the model's ability to perfectly replicate successful past generations for you.
B. Generated Output Data (The Assets)
We store the AI-generated logos, models, and product images in association with your account.
- Purpose: To allow you to access your Brand Assets across devices, re-download them, and use them commercially according to the Terms of Use.
- Anonymized Use: We may use non-identifiable, highly successful output images (e.g., a high-quality generated logo) in anonymized form for internal quality control and marketing demonstrations of the App's capabilities.
C. Standard Usage and Account Data
Like most apps, we collect basic data to ensure functionality and security.
- Account Identifiers: Email address (for sign-in/support), unique internal user ID.
- Billing Data: Transaction ID (processed securely by Apple App Store), subscription tier. We do not handle your credit card details.
- Analytics: Anonymized metrics on feature usage and crash reports (via Firebase and Apple).
III. Your Rights and Data Control
You maintain complete control over your brand data and interaction with our AI.
- Right to Deletion: You can delete your account and all associated data, including generated assets and prompts, at any time through the App settings. All data will be permanently purged from our active and backup servers within 30 days.
- Right to Ownership: As per our Terms of Use, you own the full commercial rights to the final assets you generate (subject to payment).
IV. Third-Party Sharing and Transfers
We do not share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. We use trusted service providers (e.g., cloud hosting, payment processors, crash reporting) who are contractually bound to maintain strict confidentiality and only process data under our instructions.
